1. Organizer:

eInsurans is launching the 2nd Anniversary Campaign – Your Rewards. Your Choice. running from 1 November 2025 (00:00:00) to 30 November 2025 (23:59:59) (“Campaign Period”). The organizer reserves the right to shorten, modify, or terminate the campaign without prior notice. Any purchase made outside the campaign period will not be counted toward the total spending amount. By participating, each participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all stated terms.

2. Eligibility:

Participants are eligible by purchasing SPIKPA IG foreign worker insurance through the eInsurans website (tr.ee/einsurans) with a minimum spend of RM1,000 during the campaign period. The total spending will be automatically calculated based on the unique mobile number used during purchase.

3. Rewards:

Participants will receive RM10 voucher value for every RM1,000 spent during the campaign. After the campaign ends, the organizer will contact eligible participants via WhatsApp/SMS/Email with a special redemption link to claim their preferred brand vouchers. The full process and timeline are shown in the flowchart above.

1. Who is eligible to receive the reward voucher?

Customers who purchase foreign worker insurance worth at least RM1,000 on eInsurans between 1 – 30 November 2025.

2. What happens if my insurance policy is cancelled or refunded?

The cancelled amount will be deducted from your total spending when calculating the voucher value you are eligible for.

3. How much voucher value will I receive?

You will receive RM10 for every RM1,000 spent on eInsurans. The more you purchase, the greater your rewards!

4. How do I redeem my voucher?

After the campaign ends, we will calculate your total eligible vouchers based on your spending from 1 – 30 November 2025. You will receive a WhatsApp redemption link to redeem vouchers from your preferred brands.

5. How will I receive the redemption link?

We will send the redemption link via WhatsApp and also send reminders through email/SMS. Please save our number (011 5621 6906) to ensure smooth communication.

6. What brands are available for voucher redemption?

7. What if I entered incorrect information?

The organizer will not be responsible for any issues caused by inaccurate information. Please ensure your mobile number is correct when making a purchase.

8. Is there a maximum limit for vouchers I can earn?

No limit! Earn RM10 for every RM1,000 spent. For example: RM10,000 total spending = RM100 worth of reward vouchers.
