# About eInsurans: our team, our hours, and policies bought elsewhere

**eInsurans — Your Foreign Worker Insurance One-Stop Centre.** Anyone can sell you SPIKPA IG. Staying with you afterwards is the part that matters.

1. **One stop. Full service team.** Enquiry, quotation, purchase, FWCMS help, endorsements, claims and renewals, in one place.
2. **Auto update FWCMS status.** Buy with your FWCMS ITR and the status changes to "Insurance Purchased" by itself.
3. **When FWCMS gets stuck.** We check with the insurer and FWCMS for you.
4. **Claims and changes, handled here.** Send us the documents; we follow them through with the insurer.

Our help is free of charge.

* **Buying** works at any time, including after 6pm. After 6pm, leave your company name and question; our team replies from 9am.

## Bought from another agent, or through FOMEMA?

Our team can still help you check the insurance status in FWCMS, read your policy, and explain the next step for the PLKS renewal. Only the seller can change, cancel or refund that policy, or submit claims on it.

**To check whether an ITR was really used:** go to [tr.ee/einsurans](https://tr.ee/einsurans), choose **Tokio Marine**, and enter the ITR and SSM number.

1. **"Insurance already purchased":** the ITR was used. FWCMS should update within a day; if not, ask the seller, or WhatsApp us.

2. **Your details appear and the ITR boxes turn grey:** the ITR has **not** been used, so the seller probably entered it wrongly.
