Terms & Conditions (eInsurans "Your Rewards. Your Choice" - We Turn 2 Anniversary Promotion )

1. eInsurans (“The Organiser”) will launch a campaign known as "eInsurans 2nd Anniversary Sale - Your Rewards. Your Choice." (“Campaign”) starting from 1st November 2025 at “00:00:00” to 30 November 2025 at 23:59:59” (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser shall reserve the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice. All purchase outside the Campaign Period will be not be counted as total combined spend. Any person who participates in the Campaign, whether directly or indirectly (“Participant”), shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein contained.
2. Participant is eligible to participate in the Campaign with purchase of foreign worker insurance SPIKPA IG in eInsurans website (tr.ee/einsurans) with minimum total combined spend of RM1000 during Campaign Period to be eligible for the the reward. Each participant is defined by the unique mobile phone number as the criteria for total combined spend is auto calculated using mobile number.
3. Participant is eligible to earn RM10 reward value for every RM1,000 spent in purchase foreign worker insurance SPIKPA IG in eInsurans. This reward value will be based on total combined spent in 1 - 30 November 2025. Upon completion of Campaign Period, Participant will be contacted by The Organiser via Whatsapp/SMS/Email to be given an URL to redeem any brand vouchers that The Participant prefer. All processes and timelines have been explained in the flowchart attached above in this FAQ Page.

FAQ (eInsurans "Your Rewards. Your Choice" - We Turn 2 Anniversary Promotion )

1. Who is eligible for the vouchers? Customers who purchase minimum RM1,000 value of foreign worker insurance in eInsurans during the period of 1 - 30 November 2025.
2. What happened if my policies are cancelled or refunded? We will deduct the purchase amount from the total combined spent to calculate for eligible voucher value earned.
3. How much voucher will i get? Earn RM10 for every RM1,000 spent in eInsurans. The more you spend, the more vouchers you get!
4. How do I redeem the vouchers? After the campaign ends, we will auto calculate the voucher value earned based on total combined spent in eInsurans from 1 - 30 November 2025. We will send you a Whatsapp URL redemption link for you to redeem the vouchers from the brands you love. Please scroll up and refer to the images that show screenshot How to Redeem.
5. How do i receive the redemption link after campaign ends? We will Whatsapp you the redemption link and email/sms you to remind you just in case. Please do save our contact 011 562 16906 to ensure smooth communication.

7. What if i entered the wrong details of contact? The organiser will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or missing contact information. Please ensure your phone number are accurate during purchase.
8. Is there a limit on how much voucher value I can earn? No, the sky's the limit! Earn RM10 for every RM1,000 spent in eInsurans. If you spend Rm1,000, then you get RM10. If you spend RM100,000, then you get RM1,000 voucher value!
