# "Error occurred in FWCMS while processing Input Request"

If you receive the error message ***"Error occurred in FWCMS while processing Input Request"***, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. You selected **“Need assistance – (online purchase)”** in FWCMS, and FWCMS has locked your ITR.  
2. The ITR you entered has **expired after 14 days**.  
3. You clicked the insurance purchase link from **Pacific & Orient (P&O)** even though you have already purchased insurance via **eInsurans**.


||| If you have already purchased SKHPPA and IG through eInsurans but still receive an email or WhatsApp link from P&O to purchase insurance, **do not click the link**.
