How long to receive the claim reimbursement

Once we receive your complete claim form and all required supporting documents, please allow 14 to 30 working days for claim processing.

During this period, our team or the insurer may contact you to request additional information such as the company SSM certificate or director’s passport copy to fulfil Bank Negara Malaysia’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) requirements.

Tip: To avoid delays, please ensure all documents are complete and accurate before submission.
