# How long to receive the claim reimbursement

Once we receive your **complete claim form** and all **required supporting documents**, please allow **14 to 30 working days** for claim processing.

During this period, our team or the insurer may contact you to request **additional information** such as the **company SSM certificate** or **director’s passport copy** to fulfil **Bank Negara Malaysia’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML)** and **Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF)** requirements.
