How long to receive the claim reimbursement

Once we receive your complete claim form and all required supporting documents, claim processing usually takes 7 to 14 working days.

During this period, our team or the insurer may contact you to request additional information such as the company SSM certificate or director’s passport copy to fulfil Bank Negara Malaysia’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) requirements.
