# I already made payment, but screen suddenly blank. What should I do?

Please contact and WhatsApp **eInsurans**, and provide the following details:  

1. Company Name  
2. Payment Method  
3. Payment Amount  
4. Insurance Company Selected (Tokio Marine / Lonpac / Generali)  
5. Payment Receipt (if available)
