# I need SPIKPA Slip to renew permit. Where can i get it?

## How to Obtain Your SPIKPA Slip

Please **WhatsApp eInsurans** and provide your **SKHPPA policy number**.  
Your **SPIKPA slip** will be available within **1 to 2 hours** after purchase and policy issuance.  

> Note: A SPIKPA slip is only required for **permit renewals at JIM counters**. For the FWCMS online system, a SPIKPA slip is not mandatory. However, if you wish to keep a copy for your records, you may contact **eInsurans**.
