# I received a message “Session invalidated’ and unable to proceed

## Causes of the Issue

This may occur due to the following reasons:  

1. You stayed on the website for an extended period of time.  
2. You opened multiple eInsurans pages simultaneously.  
3. You clicked the ***Back*** button during the payment process.
