If I buy today, when and where can I get my policies?

What happens by itself

Your policies (SPIKPA and IG), the debit note (your invoice) and the receipt are emailed to the address you entered, on the same day. You can also click Print Policy on the confirmation page.
The insurer sends the purchase to FWCMS, and the status changes from "ITR Generated" to "Insurance Purchased" (or "Pending JIM Approval"). You get an email from the insurer and one from FWCMS.
The PLKS renewal carries on in FWCMS. No slip, no upload, and nothing to tell FWCMS.

This usually takes from 10 minutes to a few hours. FWCMS says it happens within 24 hours.

Check your email for the policy and receipt. If they arrived, the purchase went through.
Check that the ITR you paid with is the one FWCMS shows for that worker.
After 24 hours, WhatsApp us your company name, ITR, insurer and receipt. Our team checks it with the insurer and FWCMS.

Check the spam or junk folder for an email from flas.support@financial-link.com.my.
Check that the email address you entered was correct.
WhatsApp us your company name, ITR and the email address to use; our team resends them.

These are FWCMS or Immigration statuses, not insurance statuses.

"Pending approval" means the ITR has been generated, the insurance has been bought, and the application is now waiting for Immigration. No new ITR can be generated at this stage.
A double application means two applications exist for one worker, and FWCMS has to cancel one. Contact FWCMS with the worker's passport number and both application numbers. Already bought insurance? WhatsApp us the ITR and we check which application the policy is linked to.
