MERDEKA MEGA REWARDS with eInsurans — TnG eWallet Cashback up to RM1,000 + Top 20 Exclusive Prizes

1. eInsurans ("The Organiser") is organising the MERDEKA MEGA REWARDS with eInsurans — TnG eWallet Cashback up to RM1,000 + Top 20 Exclusive Prizes ("Campaign") from 1 August 2026, 00:00:00 to 16 September 2026, 23:59:59 ("Campaign Period"). The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, amend, or revise the Campaign Period without prior notice. Purchases made outside the Campaign Period will not be counted towards total combined spend. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Participants are eligible with the purchase of SPIKPA IG via eInsurans (https://tr.ee/einsurans) with a minimum total combined spend of RM200 during the Campaign Period to qualify for the TnG eWallet cashback. Each participant is identified by a unique mobile phone number, which is used to automatically calculate the total combined spend.
3. TnG eWallet Cashback is calculated based on your total combined spend during the Campaign Period, as set out in the TnG eWallet Cashback Table below. Example: if a Participant makes 10 purchases of RM1,000 each, total combined spend = RM10,000, and the cashback earned = RM268.
4. Top 20 Exclusive Prizes. In addition to the cashback, the Top 20 Participants ranked by highest total combined spend during the Campaign Period will each win an exclusive prize, as listed in the Top 20 Exclusive Prizes section below. Rankings are determined solely by total combined spend calculated on the unique mobile phone number. In the event of a tie in spend, the Participant who reached that spend level earlier (by transaction timestamp) will be ranked higher.
5. Cashback and Prize can be earned together. A Top 20 Spender is also entitled to their applicable TnG eWallet cashback based on the TnG eWallet Cashback Table. Winning a Top 20 prize does not affect cashback eligibility, and earning cashback does not affect Top 20 ranking.
6. Winner Notification & Delivery. TnG eWallet cashback recipients and Top 20 winners will be notified via the WhatsApp / SMS number provided in their insurance policies. Top 20 prizes will be couriered to the address provided during the WhatsApp verification process, so please ensure your contact details are up to date at the point of purchase.
7. Prize Redemption. TnG eWallet cashback and Top 20 prizes strictly cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items (the cashback is credited as TnG eWallet value). The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice if the original prize is unavailable.
8. Disqualification. Any insurance policies purchased during the Campaign Period that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, or lapsed before the cashback and winner announcement will be removed from the calculation of the total combined spend. This may affect both the cashback amount earned and the Top 20 ranking. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or operating in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Liability. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the winners in the process of redeeming or using the cashback or prizes.
10. Changes to Terms. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. What is the campaign period?
The campaign runs from 1 August 2026 to 16 September 2026 (both dates inclusive), spanning both Merdeka Day and Malaysia Day. All eligible SPIKPA IG purchases made during this period count towards your total combined spend.

2. Who is eligible to participate?
Any customer who purchases SPIKPA IG through the eInsurans platform (tr.ee/einsurans) during the campaign period, with a minimum total combined spend of RM200.

3. Do I need to register separately to enter?
No. You automatically qualify by purchasing SPIKPA IG via eInsurans during the campaign period. Just make sure your mobile number is updated at checkout.

4. How is my TnG eWallet cashback calculated?
Cashback is based on your total combined spend, tracked automatically by your unique mobile phone number. The more you spend during the campaign, the higher your cashback tier — see the table above.

5. What is the minimum spend to qualify?
RM200 total combined spend during the campaign period.

6. How do the Top 20 Exclusive Prizes work?
The 20 customers with the highest total combined spend across the whole campaign each win a prize. The Top 5 spenders receive a Simplus 2.7L Rice Cooker, and the next 15 spenders (6th–20th) receive a JISULIFE Handheld Fan. Rankings are based on total combined spend calculated on your mobile number.

7. Can I win both the cashback AND a Top 20 prize?
Yes. If you are among the Top 20 spenders, you receive your prize on top of your applicable TnG eWallet cashback. The two rewards do not affect each other.

8. How will I know if I have won?
You will be notified via the WhatsApp / SMS number provided in your insurance policies. Please keep your contact details up to date.

9. Can I exchange my cashback or prize for cash?
Cashback is credited directly to your TnG eWallet. Prizes are strictly non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items. eInsurans reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value if the original is unavailable.

10. What happens if I cancel a policy after purchasing?
If a policy is cancelled, refunded, or lapsed before the announcement, its value is removed from your total combined spend. This may lower your cashback tier and/or your Top 20 ranking.

11. What are the prizes, and can they change?
