# "Please enter Date of Birth"

If you receive the error message ***Please Enter Date of Birth***, it is most likely because your company is categorized as **“Perseorangan” (Individual)** under **FWCMS Employer Information**. When this happens, you **cannot proceed with the SPIKPA IG purchase** on our website.

| You must update your Employer Category from “Perseorangan” to the correct category in FWCMS before continuing your insurance purchase on the eInsurans portal. |
