# Should I key in the new or old Business Registration number under the ITR section?

### Ensure Business Registration Number Matches FWCMS Records

To avoid data matching errors, **you must use the same SSM *(Business Registration Number)* as registered in FWCMS**.

Effective **1 July 2025**, the government has implemented the **e-Invoicing system**. Employers or representatives **must enter both the company registration number (ROC/SSM) and the Tax Identification Number (TIN)** during purchase. You can obtain your TIN via the MyTax portal at [https://mytax.hasil.gov.my](https://mytax.hasil.gov.my) under the “e-Daftar” menu.
