# What is ITR from FWCMS?

**ITR (Insurance Transaction Reference)** is a unique reference number used to:

* Manage and track foreign worker insurance information  
* Ensure insurance policies are accurately recorded in the system  
* Synchronize data between **insurance companies** and **FWCMS**  
* Facilitate the work permit/PLKS renewal process
