# When I upload the Excel file, my company information disappear!

This issue occurs due to system logic, where you must **upload the Excel file first** before entering the employer details. If any information is lost, please **re-enter the details**.

| ⚡ Important Note: If you enter company details first and then upload the Excel file, the previously entered information will be cleared. Do not worry, after uploading the file, you can fill in the company information as usual. |
