# Where does my payment (money) go? To the platform eInsurans or insurer?

## Transparent Payment Process with All Participating Insurance and Takaful Companies

We have established a **transparent payment process** with all participating **Insurance and Takaful companies**, where any **payment you make will be credited directly into the** **respective insurer or Takaful company’s bank account**.  

The **eInsurans portal does not retain your payment funds**. In the event of any payment issue, please contact **eInsurans**. Our support team will verify the transaction accordingly with the payment gateway provider.
