By participating in the "Win a JisuLife Jet Fan" giveaway (the "Campaign"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:


1. Organiser

The Campaign is organised by eInsurans ("the Organiser").


2. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from 1 May 2026 (00:00 MYT) to 31 May 2026 (23:59 MYT). Entries received before or after this period will not be considered.


3. Eligibility

3.1. Participants must be existing or prospective clients of eInsurans.

3.2. Employees of eInsurans, their immediate family members, and affiliated parties are not eligible to participate.


4. How to Enter

4.1. Submit a genuine, honest review of eInsurans on Google via the official review link or QR code provided.

4.2. Take a screenshot of the published review.

4.3. Send the screenshot via WhatsApp to +6011 562 16906 within the Campaign Period.

4.4. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.


5. Prize

5.1. There are ten (10) prizes in total, each consisting of one (1) JisuLife Jet Fan.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other item.

5.3. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.


6. Winner Selection

6.1. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Campaign Period.

6.2. The selection will take place after the Campaign closes, and results are final.

8. Prize Delivery

8.1. Prizes will be delivered to a Malaysian address provided by the winner at no cost.

8.2. Delivery is typically completed within 3–7 working days after winner confirmation.

8.3. The Organiser is not liable for any delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details provided by the winner.


9. Review Integrity

9.1. Reviews must be genuine, honest, and reflect the participant's actual experience with eInsurans.

9.2. Reviews must remain publicly visible on Google until 2 June 2026. Removed or hidden reviews will result in disqualification.

9.3. Fake, plagiarised, offensive, or misleading reviews will result in immediate disqualification.


10. Use of Personal Information

10.1. By participating, you consent to eInsurans collecting and processing your contact details (name, WhatsApp number, and delivery address) solely for the purposes of administering this Campaign.

10.2. Winners' Google review names and/or initials may be featured in the announcement post on social media.

10.3. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).


11. Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits multiple or fraudulent entries;
  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Removes their Google review before the announcement date;
  • Engages in any conduct deemed inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.


12. Limitation of Liability

The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.


13. Independence from Google & JisuLife

This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google or JisuLife in any way. Google is solely the platform on which reviews are submitted, and JisuLife is the brand of the prize product.


14. Amendments

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including modifying these Terms & Conditions, where deemed necessary.
