# Without ITR: Why doesn’t the start date follow my Excel file?

You **still need to manually enter the insurance start date** in both the **FWHS** and **IG** sections, even if the date has already been entered in the Excel file. Type it in **Period of Cover** in the **Foreign Workers Hospitalisation and Surgical** section and again in the **Immigration Bond / G.Letter** (IG) section. The Excel file fills in the permit expiry, not the start date.
