# "Please enter Date of Birth"

Jika anda terima mesej ralat ***Please Enter Date of Birth****,* besar kemungkinan syarikat anda dikategorikan sebagai **"Perseorangan"** dalam sistem **FWCMS Maklumat Majikan**. Apabila ini berlaku, anda **tidak boleh meneruskan pembelian SPIKPA IG** di laman web kami.


| Anda perlu menukar Kategori Majikan daripada "Perseorangan" kepada kategori yang betul dekat FWCMS baru boleh meneruskan pembelian insurans di portal eInsurans.
