- Present the worker’s passport at the admission counter.
- The hospital will verify SPIKPA insurance Malaysia validity through their system.
- Once confirmed, the hospital will handle billing directly with the insurer’s third-party provider.
⚠️ Note: Sometimes hospitals may request a deposit depending on the condition or specific procedures.
You may later submit a reimbursement claim for eligible costs within coverage limits.
What is considered as Government Hospital?
- Any non-corporatized Malaysian Government Hospital.
- Not covered: Semi-government institutions (e.g. PPUM, UKM, UiTM) and all private hospitals.
