How do I link the ITR number with the insurance I already bought prior registration with FWCMS?

⚠️ IMPORTANT: FWCMS only accepts PLKS renewals when insurance is purchased using an ITR number, unless the Immigration Department (JIM) has specifically advises you to proceed permit renewal directly at the Immigration office due to specific reasons.


Unfortunately, we are unable to link your previous insurance with a new ITR number. FWCMS strictly requires that insurance for PLKS renewal be purchased using the ITR number.

If You Purchased Insurance Before Generating an ITR

If you have already purchased insurance earlier, that insurance cannot be used for PLKS renewal in FWCMS.


You may:

✅ Request for policy cancellation

✅ Request for refund

✅ Generate an ITR in FWCMS immediately — choose “Offline Self Purchase” (Option 3) and WhatsApp us for assistance.

If you purchased insurance through another agent or platform (not eInsurans), please contact the respective agent directly for the cancellation process.


What Should You Do Then?

  1. Login to FWCMS
  2. Generate ITR number in FWCMS
  3. Use that ITR number to purchase SPIKPA IG in eInsurans
  4. The insurance policy will be issued immediately after payment
