What Is an ITR Number?

The ITR (Insurance Transaction Reference) number is a unique identifier generated by FWCMS for insurance purchases. It serves to manage and track insurance information for foreign workers in Malaysia.

How to Use the ITR Number for SPIKPA and IG Insurance

Once you have obtained your ITR number from FWCMS:

Enter the SPIKPA and IG reference numbers respectively (as shown in the yellow box in Figure 1).
Input your business registration number during the insurance purchase process (refer to Figure 2).

After a successful insurance purchase, FWCMS will automatically receive your insurance confirmation and proceed with the renewal of your ePLKS (Foreign Worker Permit).
