How to verify your ITR purchase if you purchase with other platform or agents?
If you have already purchased insurance using an ITR (Insurance Transaction Reference) through another platform or agent, you can use the eInsurans website to verify whether the insurance purchased was genuinely made using an ITR or not.
How to Verify Insurance Purchase Using ITR on eInsurans
Step 1: Visit https://tr.ee/einsurans
Step 2: Select Tokio Marine
Step 3: Enter your ITR number and SSM number
Verification Results
Result 1:
"Insurance already purchased for this Insurance Type."
Meaning:
- Your ITR number has already been used to purchase insurance.
- The FWCMS status should be updated automatically within 10 minutes to a maximum of 1 day.
- If, after 1 day, the status still does not change to “INSURANCE PURCHASED” or “PENDING JIM APPROVAL”, please contact your platform or agent so the insurance company can verify it with FWCMS.

Result 2:
You can still proceed to purchase insurance, and the employer information will be auto-filled.
Meaning:
- The ITR number has not yet been used.
- The input boxes will appear greyed out, and employer details will auto-populate.
- Your platform or agent likely did not enter the ITR number correctly, which is why your FWCMS status has not been updated.
