Please provide the required company, employer, or worker information along with supporting documents. Our team at eInsurans will assist you in verification or cancellation (if necessary).


Below are the supporting documents required for updates:


(A) Company

  1. Policy Number
  2. Insurance Company Purchased (Lonpac / Generali / Tokio Marine)
  3. Copies of all SSM Company Registration Documents


(B) Employer (Individual / Sole Proprietor)

  1. Policy Number
  2. Insurance Company Purchased (Lonpac / Generali / Tokio Marine)
  3. Copy of Identity Card (IC)


(C) Worker

  1. Policy Number
  2. Insurance Company Purchased (Lonpac / Generali / Tokio Marine)
  3. Copy of current work permit
  4. Copy of passport
  5. Copy of Special Pass (SP) if applicable


Additional Information: If a worker has updated their passport or permit, you are required to update the worker’s information with JIM, FOMEMA, and PERKESO / SOCSO accordingly.
