I only want SPIKPA. Why does the system ask for IG too?

This issue usually occurs because you did not check the insurance product box. Under Employer Particulars, tick only Foreign Worker Hospitalization and Surgical Scheme (SPIKPA) and untick Foreign Worker Insurance Guarantee (IG). The form then asks only for SPIKPA details.
