What is ITR from FWCMS?

ITR (Insurance Transaction Reference) is a unique reference number used to:


  • Manage and track foreign worker insurance information
  • Ensure insurance policies are accurately recorded in the system
  • Synchronize data between insurance companies and FWCMS
  • Facilitate the work permit/PLKS renewal process


Without an ITR, the insurance transaction cannot be verified in the FWCMS system.
