Payment with FPX Corporate B2B

Pay for your insurance on eInsurans by card, FPX Personal or FPX Corporate B2B. FPX B2B is available with Tokio Marine and Lonpac. Your payment goes straight to the insurer's bank account; eInsurans does not hold your money.

FPX B2B, step by step

Choose Tokio Marine or Lonpac, enter your FWCMS ITRs and SSM number, and click Submit.
At payment, choose FPX – Corporate.

Choose your corporate bank.

The Maker logs in to the corporate bank and submits the transaction.
The Checker can approve it at any time after the Maker submits it.
After approval, the bank can take from about an hour to several hours to confirm. Then your policies and invoices are emailed and your FWCMS status updates by itself.

Approve within the ITR's 14 days. Whatever the payment method, the purchase must be completed within 14 days of the ITR being generated, so the Checker should not wait past that.

No money deducted? Pay again. Money deducted? Do not pay again; WhatsApp us.

Money deducted, but the screen went blank

WhatsApp us your company name, payment method, amount, insurer, and the receipt (or a screenshot of the deduction). Our team checks it with the payment gateway.
