Renewing next year with eInsurans
SPIKPA and the Insurance Guarantee follow the worker's PLKS, so you buy them again at every PLKS renewal.
How renewal works
- Start early. You can renew a PLKS up to 3 months before it expires, and it must be done before it expires.
- FOMEMA first. A FOMEMA medical exam is needed every year before the renewal.
- Generate a new ITR in FWCMS (ePLKS, option 3 Self Insurance Purchase). It is valid for 14 days.
- Buy with eInsurans using the new ITR and your SSM number. FWCMS updates by itself.
