There are typo error in the company address and worker name. How come I am not able to amend them the information?
You cannot edit incorrect information because your data is locked. The data is taken directly from the ITR code you entered in the FWCMS system.
All information displayed during insurance purchase is automatically pulled from FWCMS. If there are errors such as:
- Incorrect employer name
- Outdated company address
- Changed SSM number
- Mismatched worker details
Then you must:
- Contact FWCMS to update the information in their system first
- Generate a new ITR number
- Use the new ITR for your insurance purchase so that the policy contains the correct details
