Why my period of cover not matching with worker permit expiry?

Most probably it is because you did not change your desired period of cover (start date) in the website during purchase.

E.g. worker permit expiry is 31/03/2024, you have to change the period of cover to 01/04/2024 indicated as in the red box areas below.
