Without ITR: Why doesn’t the start date follow my Excel file?

You still need to manually enter the insurance start date in both the FWHS and IG sections, even if the date has already been entered in the Excel file. Type it in Period of Cover in the Foreign Workers Hospitalisation and Surgical section and again in the Immigration Bond / G.Letter (IG) section. The Excel file fills in the permit expiry, not the start date.
