After I have keyed in the ITR numbers and click 'Submit', message shows 'Not Found'. What should I do?

If this error message appears, please double-check the ITR number you entered to ensure it is accurate and correctly typed.

Sometimes the letter ‘I’ may look like the number ‘1’. We recommend copying and pasting the ITR number directly to avoid input errors.
