If you receive the error message "Error occurred in FWCMS while processing Input Request", it may be due to one of the following reasons:

You selected “Need assistance to purchase insurance” in FWCMS instead of “Self Insurance Purchase” (option 3), and FWCMS has locked your ITR.
The ITR you entered has expired after 14 days.
You clicked an insurance purchase link from another insurer or agent after you had already bought with eInsurans.

If you have already purchased SKHPPA and IG through eInsurans but still receive an email or WhatsApp link from anyone else to purchase insurance, do not click the link.
