If you receive the error message "Error occurred in FWCMS while processing Input Request", it may be due to one of the following reasons:

You selected “Need assistance – (online purchase)” in FWCMS, and FWCMS has locked your ITR.
The ITR you entered has expired after 14 days.
You clicked the insurance purchase link from Pacific & Orient (P&O) even though you have already purchased insurance via eInsurans.

If you have already purchased SKHPPA and IG through eInsurans but still receive an email or WhatsApp link from P&O to purchase insurance, do not click the link.
