If work permit renewal that does not require ITR no. , you can still proceed to purchase the insurance as usual.

Note: For renewals without ITR, you must first get advice or get clearance from JIM (Immigration Department). Only specific cases are allowed to proceed with manual permit renewal at the counter.

Steps to purchase without ITR no. :-

Go straight to Employer Details
You can either upload an Excel file or fill in manually

After purchase, send your SKHPPA policy number via WhatsApp to eInsurans to obtain the SPIKPA slip
