If you receive the error message "Insurance already purchased for this Insurance Type", it means that the ITR number from FWCMS has already been used for a previous SPIKPA IG insurance purchase.

The system does not allow a second purchase using the same ITR number.

How to Check Your ITR Status

You can enter your ITR SKHPPA, ITR IG, and SSM numbers for checking. If the insurance has already been purchased, you will see a notification in eInsurans similar to the image above.

If the ITR has not been used, the screen will look like this (see image below)

Employer information will appear automatically, and the ITR number will be shown in grey (disabled):

If you have made a payment using an ITR but the ITR still appears usable, please WhatsApp eInsurans immediately for verification and assistance.
