"Request contains invalid data. Employer ROC Number not found or it is Invalid"
If you receive the error message "Request contains invalid data. Employer ROC Number not found or it is Invalid", it means that the SSM number you entered does not match the record in the FWCMS system.
Main Cause of the Error
The SSM number entered is different from the one registered in FWCMS. The FWCMS system recognizes two SSM number formats:

What You Should Do
✔ Check which SSM number format is registered in FWCMS (old or new).
✔ Enter the matching number exactly as it appears in the FWCMS record.
✔ Try submitting again after making the correction.
