Main Cause of the Error

The SSM number entered is different from the one registered in FWCMS. The FWCMS system recognizes two SSM number formats:

Type of SSM Number	Example Format
New SSM Number	`20190123123121`
Old SSM Number	`123456-W` or `123456W`

What You Should Do

✔ Check which SSM number format is registered in FWCMS (old or new).

✔ Enter the matching number exactly as it appears in the FWCMS record.

✔ Try submitting again after making the correction.
