What happens if the ITR expires?

Ensure that your insurance purchase is completed within 14 days to avoid system errors or failure in updating the FWCMS status.


Validity Period of the ITR Number


Your ITR number is valid for 14 days from the date it is generated in FWCMS. After this period:

  • ❌ The ITR will no longer be valid
  • You will need to generate a new ITR in FWCMS before making any insurance purchase


Even if the FWCMS status still shows "ITR Generated" after 14 days, that ITR cannot be used anymore.


Once an insurance purchase is attempted, the FWCMS system will automatically change the status to "Aborted".

Please contact FWCMS support to have the application “Aborted” in the system, then regenerate a new ITR.
