What happens if the ITR expires?

Ensure that your insurance purchase is completed within 14 days to avoid system errors or failure in updating the FWCMS status.


Validity Period of the ITR Number


If the 14-day period has expired:

  • The ITR is considered invalid.
  • The employer must generate a new ITR in FWCMS.
  • Only a valid ITR can be used for the purchase of SPIKPA / IG insurance.

If the status in FWCMS still shows “ITR Generated”, please contact FWCMS to cancel the existing application and generate a new ITR.


Ensure that the insurance purchase is made before the ITR expiry date to avoid any disruption to the permit renewal process.
