Where do I obtain FWCMS ITR number to purchase insurance SPIKPA IG on eInsurans?

You can obtain or generate ITR from FWCMS after your worker PLKS registration in FWCMS and you will receive email confirming your ITR number. The process as below.

1. "Generate ITR No." in FWCMS System

Inside FWCMS system, in the Purchase Insurance Stage, Click " Generate ITR No."

2. Press "I understand"

Press " I Understand".

3. Select "Self Insurance Purchase"

Select " Offline Purchase Insurance - ** Self Insurance Purchase" and press " **Proceed".

Warning: If you click "Need assistance to purchase insurance", you will need to wait FWCMS to call you back which may take some time. Please click "Self insurance purchase".

4. Click "Proceed"

Click " Proceed"

5. Receive ITR in email from FWCMS

You will receive an email containing ITR Numbers for SPIKPA and IG as shown below.

6. Visit eInsurans, Key in ITR Number and SSM Number in eInsurans

Visit our website https://tr.ee/einsurans, select Tokio Marine and key in ITR for IG, ITR for SPIKPA and Registered SSM Number. Press Submit.

7. Update Period of Cover

Employer Particulars and Worker Particulars will be auto populated. Just change the Period of Cover.

Worker permit + 1 day (e.g. worker permit expiry 30/06/2025, key in 01/07/2025).
If worker permit expired, just put Today's Date.

For immigration section, just select the State Immigration correspondent to your business address.

8. Make Insurance Payment Online

Click Next and Press ** Payment **to make online payment. After payment, you will be able to download the policies on the website and it will also be auto-emailed to you.

After purchase, you can download policies in the website and it will also auto-emailed to your email address.

9. After Insurance Purchase, wait FWCMS update status

After Insurance Purchase on our website, you will receive two types of auto-validation from FWCMS system.

You will receive email from FWCMS titled " Insurance Purchase Successful"
The status of your FWCMS application will also be changed to " Insurance Purchased" or " Pending JIM Approval".

It might take 10 minutes to a few hours to update FWCMS status depending on FWCMS system. There is no need to upload Slip SPIKPA.

You can then proceed to complete the steps of your FWCMS application. Thank you.
