Which Insurance Companies Support FWCMS ITR Purchases in Malaysia?
Currently, FWCMS ITR (Insurance Transaction Reference) purchases for SPIKPA IG insurance are supported only by selected insurers that have completed system integration with the FWCMS platform.
Insurance Companies That Currently Support FWCMS ITR
As of now, employers in Malaysia can purchase SPIKPA IG using FWCMS ITR through the following insurance providers:
- Tokio Marine
- Lonpac Insurance
- Generali Insurance
These insurers are fully integrated with FWCMS and allow direct, compliant insurance purchases using the generated ITR number.
Why Are Only Certain Insurers Available?
Other insurance companies are currently undergoing system upgrades and FWCMS system integration.
Once completed, these insurers will be enabled to support ITR-based insurance transactions in the next integration phase.

All supported insurers comply with Malaysia Immigration (JIM) and FWCMS requirements, allowing employers to choose any available insurer with confidence.
